Course Description
This course provides product fundamentals and tasks necessary to size and implement remote replication for
Hitachi TagmaStore® Adaptable Modular Storage and Hitachi Thunder 9500™ V modular storage systems.
Participants are introduced to Hitachi TrueCopy™ Remote Replication software, followed by details on software
specifications and theory of operations. The participants will be able to describe corrective actions by
troubleshooting the given case scenarios.
In addition, the course discusses Wide Area Network configurations, deployment considerations and WAN
integration features.
The classroom sessions are supported by lab exercises where the participants will learn to design, install,
configure and implement replication software running on specific Hitachi Data Systems storage platforms.

Prerequisites
This training requires a pre-requisite knowledge of Adaptable Modular Storage system, Workgroup Modular
Storage system and Thunder 9500 V Series systems or completion of one of the following courses:
TCI0460 – Adaptable Modular Storage/Workgroup Modular Storage Architecture and Administration
or
TCI0365 – Adaptable Modular Storage/Workgroup Modular Storage Installation and Configuration
